When I am not teaching, researching, or traveling with students, I like to do Yoga (with a passion!), travel with my family, take pictures, read (currently Chris Hadfield's astronaut's guide to life), cook, listen to music and occasionally watch TV. The above picture was actually taken by a student of mine as I am attempting to get all of the Sagrada Familia into one shot and without cranes. He labelled this picture "Taking photography to a whole new level". Yes, I have no shame when it comes to getting just that right photo (which then goes onto my Social Media sites, and into my Power Points ... another passion of mine, but that is a whole other story). The photos below were taken on trips over the past five years to Germany, Hawaii, NYC, Cuba, Panama, Spain, Mexico, doing Yoga while standing in a Cranberry Marsh in utterly fashionable rubber pants with a big down vest underneath, and from the PanAm Games in Toronto 2015, where I volunteered as assistant to the National Olympic Committee of Grenada.
